Offering the chance for people to bring their pets along to the studio to enjoy the experience of a mini photoshoot and to raise money for the Freshfield Animal Rescue Centre.
There were limited slots available and booking was essential, with a 15 minute slot each to take as many great pictures as we could. Winners from each category will receive a certificate and be crowned "perfect pet of the year"
Their pictures will be displayed in our studio/window, on our website, in a local newspaper, and will also receive some vouchers from Steve's Pet Shop in Wesley Street.
Each entry got to take home a 5 by 7" print of their favourite picture. They also got big discounts on any additional prints and cd's of the photographs that they loved.
Initially the competition was to take place on Fri 30th April and Sat 1st May, however the competition was so popular with over 80 entries, that we had to open spaces over the next week as well.
There was a mixture of all types of animals including... cats, dogs, rabbits, snakes and hamsters.
Each pet brought their own personality to the shoot and we will have many stories to tell.
We have had great fun in the Studio with all the different animals and would like to thank all the families and friends that entered in. It was nice to see families joining in and jumping on the photographs themselves!
